Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Delivery of your items would be provided by your regular USPS mails services during your normal delivery time and schedule days. Please be sure to verify that your shipping address is correct prior to submitting your order. We are not responsible for undeliverable or missed delivered orders due to improper or incorrect mailing address(es). At the present time, we are only shipping orders within the United States of America. If any package is returned to sender as undeliverable or wrong address, you as the customer will be responsible for any additional cost of postage to redeliver ordered items.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds & Cancellations:

Your order will be processed once received. All orders take 3-5 business days to complete processing unless otherwise advised of delays. We are unable to cancel an order once it is placed and has begun its processing. We do not provide refunds for any of our products or services. If for any reason you have received an incorrect item, please send an email with the invoice and picture of all items received with in 7 days of confirmed delivery to nurture@jadesnativity.com in order to receive the correct item.

For any damaged, lost, stolen or missing packages please file a claim with the United States Post Office online at https://www.usps.com/ with your local post office with the delivery supervisor or Post Master.

Return & Exchanges: It is our goal and mission to provide the best experience and quality for your purchase of any of our products or services. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for any reason as these are predominantly Food & hygiene products. We are also for that same reason unable to exchange any of our products.
